We Transport NY LLC

if I could give this company, no stars, I sure will. I don’t understand how any parent could feel comfortable sending their kids on their Buses with this company from the attitudes of the dispatchers and the attitude of the martins you could tell this has been going on for a very longggg time cause They’re just too comfortable talking to people which way they want to & I don’t know who’s worse. The Communication within this company is Deplorable This company should be ashamed of themselves and idk how parents are suppose to feel comfortable with the Constant lateness, lack of communication Aggression when you call and attitudes from all parties !! IF U HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS I SUGGEST YOU PUT A TRACKING DEVICE IN YOUR CHILD’S BOOK BAG, AS WELL AS SOME KIND OF RECORDER BECAUSE IF THEY’RE TREATING THE PARENTS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEM WITH THEIR NASTY ATTITUDE AND AGGRESSION. I WOULDNT PUT ANYTHING PAST THEM WITH REGARDS TO HOW THEY TREAT THE CHILDREN !! THIS WNTIRE COMPANY NEEDS TO BE RE TRAINED !!
