    They kept giving me lemon trucks with alignment and air pressure issues refused to fix said I needed retraining. Miscommunication between ers and the independent contractor manager.

    Area of Operations: -I35 and East, unfortunately lots of NE USA -Rare options West of I35 on occasion Pay -Rookie OTR package was 0.55cpm with $1000 gross min guarantee per week -The pay period ends Saturday at midnight CST for company. They will split your current load and pay you every mile driven up until then and the rest on next check -Everything is paid for by fuel card or check. Reimbursement for paid parking available and reliable. Never had an issue Benefits -Average typical benefits you have to deduct each week like medical Freight type -Reefer freight Appointments -Day and Night often swapping during the week Forced dispatch -The buck stops with the driver. Communication is key but as a company driver they may need you to do things you'd rather not. Usually accommodating Equipment -Mostly Peterbilt but a few Kenworth and Cascadias. No internationals. (APU, Inverter, Fridge) -Motive camera and tablet. It is AI enabled outside facing only. Minimally invasive. Truly is the more reasonable option out of other systems Pets and Rider -Pet and rider policy. Pet can be 60lbs but is never checked. $1000 deposit total. $350 non-refundable after switching truck. Paid out $100/wk until collected from check Facilities -Full terminals in WI, IL, PA, OK, GA, FL Repairs/Maintenance -Company won't let you roll with issues. They are big on getting repairs as long as you report them Home time -OTR gets one day off per week out. Usually 3 weeks out. Example: Off truck afternoon on a Thursday. At home Fri, Sat, Sun night. Back on truck Mon morning. Always got home when asked Vacation / Sick Leave -10 vacation days per year can be paired with regular home time days -No sick leave to my knowledge Safety Team / Driver Managers -Company is small enough you will meet everyone and they are ready and willing to help you as a company driver. Safety isn't over bearing and there isn't any micromanage issues. I've never been bothered by phone unless it was improtant. No harassment for taking longer breaks. Just as long as you'll be on time. I was a rookie with a fresh CDL. I hired on and spent 3 weeks at the terminal training. 3 weeks with a trainer. Then 10 weeks on C-team phase where two cadets roll out together. When you start doing loads with your trainer then you are being tracked via ELD recorded miles to a 20-25k goal. You finish that goal on C-team and then test out solo. OTR trucking is always going to have places you don't like to go, appointments for reefer in the middle of the night, but this company has been fair to me.

    All is great at wel depending on how you run been here 6 weeks never taken home less than 1700 got 2500 one week so yeah it's all good

    ive currently been driving for this company the last 2 years and im also part of the best of the best class of 2025 drivers by far this has been the best company i have ever worked for they are very family oriented and its nice to be able to talk to each individual department for any concerns you have while on the road. this company is all about team work but so far in the 2 years ive been here ive enjoyed every minute of it highly recommend working for this company to any one that has experience or not. i was also a trainer with them which they have a great training program for new drivers coming into the industry. The owners are good hearted people, always willing to talk to each and every driver that comes thru the door at the main office. cant wait to see what great things they come up with in the future for drivers

    Working for this company has been a great experience. I've been here for 2 and a half years, it changed my life and I'm grateful for that. The best thing is that they keep you running and honor your home request. Equipment is well maintained and loads are consistent. The key to earning a decent weekly pay comes down to managing your 70-hour clock.
