Can someone please check on the truck driver currently traveling on I-285 in Atlanta — Truck #1481? I’ve been behind this truck for roughly 20 miles, and it’s smoking heavily from the axles, creating a serious hazard on the interstate. There are multiple rest areas and exits along this route where the driver could have safely pulled over, but it appears he’s continuing to drive despite the smoke. The load can’t be more important than the driver’s safety or the safety of others on the road — especially with so much hazardous material traffic on this stretch. Please have someone reach out to this driver immediately or dispatch roadside assistance before this turns into a bigger incident.

Before purchasing trailers or trucks from this company, make sure every detail is confirmed in writing.
