Super horrible service. The assocites was rude and very unprofessional and didn't know whats going on at all. The AC was broken they accepted cash only. So they dont show any tax for the state or federal.

Worst nightmare.

Last week I got into a situation that brought me to Windy City Leyden Towing. The man of the evening was Angel, and that he was for me! Respectful, through and successful! I'm from Iowa and he helped me in a strange city, was quick and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. THANK YOU!!!!

Es el peor y mas caro lugar. pesimo servicio de la mujer que me atendio. Y todavia me querian cobrar 100 mas si la grua que llego a recogerlo no tenia una tarjeta de permiso para entrar a sacarlo. Y cuando la grua llego a traerlo, ya lo tenian en la calle. Se molesto cuando no use el servio de grua para llevar mi carro de vuelta a mi casa y me dejo esperando un buen rato.

If I could give zero, I would! Horrible and poor service. My car got totaled and I want to ER. The police had a tow company taking my car already. The state police towed to their lots. My belongings was in the car and when I want back to get my belongings. The young lady at the front desk and the staff were rude and unprofessional. They will not let me get my things from my car until the insurance company get their.This towing company is completely overpriced and unprofessional. Don’t ever use this towing company service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
