    I started at Windy Hill right out of school. Donnie came to the school and this seemed like the best option for a first OTR company. I got with a trainer 2 days after coming in for on boarding and have been here 6 months and already got my truck upgraded.

    I just started at Windy Hill and I have to say I'm impressed with the communication so far. I like being able to manage my time without being micromanaged by a faceless name on the phone. The entire hiring process was quick and easy.

    I have worked for Windy Hill for years now. I am about to retire and have enjoyed the flexibility this company has had to offer me. It's nice having a driver manager to work with to get me home when I need to. It's also nice to have my truck maintained when I go on home time, so I know I'm ready to roll when I get back.

    I have worked for Windy Hill for a little over a year now. My driver manager has always gotten me home on time, which I appreciate. Regarding pay, I have learned how to manage my hours within this past year and have only seen my pay increase. I enjoy working with other fellow drivers and with the office staff when I'm at the yard.

    I recently started with Windy Hill and took the class before getting into a truck with my mentor. I was able to get into a truck with my mentor right away and am glad for the experience with a mentor. I was able to learn a lot more about Windy Hill and their process and procedures with this experience.

    I am currently training with Windy Hill and wanted to mention that my trainer and the staff are very understanding and knowledgeable. I am thankful for this opportunity. I also wanted to mention the truck that I am in is very neat and clean and the shop did well on doing routine maintenance to the truck when I came up to the Marshfield, WI yard for orientation.
