I sent Matt payment on Feb 16th, 2023, to ship my Honda CB750 from Fairmount GA to Melbourne, FL. Matt agreed he could deliver the bike by February 22. That date came and passed. We next agreed to the first week in March. That also passed with no delivery or explanation. Since then Wolverine has refused to return all communication via phone, email and text. I had no option but to make other arrangements to get my motorcycle. Alternate arrangements had to be made and my bike was picked up on March 16th. I suspect I will never see my deposit returned. Wolverine would only take Venmo as payment. There is no way to reverse a payment you have made through Venmo. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these crooks. What ever you do don't send them any money via Venmo. If you do you will never hear from them again. They are thieves. It's amazing Marisol is chiming in on an occasional post. Once they stole my money I never heard from them again.

Terrible customer service . They have taken my money in advance. Has been 3 months that I’m waiting for my pick up . No response over the phone , text or email . What a terrible experience !!!!! Do not USE IT !!!!

Matt was great. Picked up my bike in NYC and delivered in Masfield, TX in 7 days , perfectly on schedule both with pickup and delivery dates and timing. Great communication. Matt is also on Uship with over 1500 5 stars reviews from verified clients. I’m Very happy about his service!

Matt Gehman is a crook and stole my money. I paid him for a motorcycle secure purchase for over 20k plus shipping to me and he never purchased the motorcycle and kept my money. This is not the first time and I did not do my due diligence good enough or I would of seen all the similar stories to this one that happened to me. It is hard to get the police to intervene in the cases because of a contract and they want you to pursue civilly and the cost makes that prohibitive as it costs more than half to sue and a loser like Matt has probably already spent my money. I was able to get a detective to look at this and contacted all the authorities I could in Texas including attorney's but it looks bleak! My advice is don't with these criminals or you will find out the hard way! I was forced to give 1 star to be able to post, but make no mistake this is a criminal enterprise and at some point will face consequences so don't put yourself in my position! There are many good shippers out there and many have heard of this crook as well and told me similar stories so do yourself a favor and use anybody other than Wolverine Cycle logistics

This guy “Matt” is a liar and a thief, I paid him $800. To pick up a BMW motorcycle I purchase, like with everyone else on here, he took that money and ran like the true low life thief he is, but this time he ripped off the wrong guy, I’m going to see to it this POS goes to jail, even if it cost me thousands of dollars to do it. I’m 72, retired & wealthy, so I have all the time and resources to do it. With me it’s not about the money, It’s about making this low life regret his shameful life of stealing’s money from all these people. It’s theft by deception and I’ll make sure this POS regrets it.

Would give a “0 star” rating if possible. Matt seems very personable, but his service does not match his apparent attitude. Later his nastier side was revealed. Waited 7 weeks to receive motorcycle, while I was quoted 7-10 days. He finally began communicating after mentioning taking legal action, which I was very close to doing. Other reviews give similar scenarios. Bike arrived dirty and bars were loose (they were properly tightened before, I maintain my equipment well). Select another shipper, I hope you’re not reading this because you chose his service and are having problems.

Don't ever use them. They will take your money and not transport your bike. If you don't have GPS on your bikes they will steal them. Buddy had to track his bikes down GPS.
