    Great home time home every weekend.Pay after all expenses is on low side 1700 high side 2400. Dispatchers depends on who you get. Some dispatchers have more experience than others so that helps.

    TYPICAL OVER MICROMANGED COMPANY, INSURANCE RAN, CHEAP FREIGHT & A TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT COMPANY. THE LIES BRGAN WITH (TERA) IN RECRUITING & THEIR RATES/PAY IS 20 YEARS OUTDATED… WARNING: bring extra funds, plan to pay your way home if you don't make it out of orientation & you're left to buy your own dinner while at the hotel (the rental car) is turned in on day 1, therefore, no way to get around while staying in the hotel… Lunch is get in on the go ($12) is the limit and safety personnel micromanage is over kill…

    Bad company. Shop is awful. Would not recommend. Won't fix truck but still wants to charge for working on it. Does not take long to be upside down on a maintenance account.

    Been here for over a year and by far the best company ive worked for. they aint perfect but you can be as successful as you want to be. i had some personal family health issues last year and they were unbelievably supportive of me and my family. i was able to take the time i needed without ever feeling like my job was in jeopardy or being pushed to get back to work. if i need to run i have the opportunity to get out there and run. if i need home time they get me home. over all great people.
