Zip Express US LTD

Rude attendant Not able to pay cash Would not provide paper receipt Will never return! Other more friendly car washes will get my business going forward.

Someone tried 1 time to deliver a 21+ package. Left a slip on the door with no reference number or call back number. I called the 1-800 next day. That's been over 2 weeks, multiple calls and extremely unhelpful people like "Kevin" who is supposed to be "in charge". Terrible customer service, they haven't tried to redeliver a single time in over two weeks! I have camera's everywhere and would have seen the car, the driver, the driver at my door, but nothing because they don't care and shouldn't be in business. Next report is to bbb.

Good

I am facing very bad experience , i have ordered 15 days before and parcel handed over to company 17 November. But tried to contact many time no body answering me and no body providing me any help. Now order reached in airport still in air port last 5 days and on online tracking showing parcel handed over to costumer but unfortunately I didn’t received yet.

I had an awesome delivery person. His last name was Plunkett. I called Friday. Got a text that my machine would be delivered Monday between 3 and 6. He came at three and set it up. He was a very professional at all times. Also he was friendly funny and caring. Overall great guy. You need more employees like him.
