    I just want to say that Detrick is one of the rudest people I've had to deal with in a while. Totally unwarranted rudeness when I was nothing but professional and kind to this man. He needs a career change because he's clearly miserable but that doesn't excuse his behavior. And it wasn't just me, he was extremely rude to the forklift driver that was just trying to help.
