Simlog Solutions LLC

Very poor delivery and non-existent customer service. My NFM delivery was haphazardly delivered. Both of the non-uniformed delivery people thought nothing of bulldozing through my door with furniture. They improperly plugged in electric components for a recliner and didn't seem concerned it was incorrect. My floor was scratched in one area and SIMLOG SOLUTIONS refused my repair claim and said it was the manufacturer's fault. They absolutely do not answer their published phone number and did not return any messages left.

Excellent customer service! Very professional and prompt. This was my first time using them and I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Very good company!!! Well versed in all things delivery, packing and moving!!!

Taylor and Adam did an excellent delivery. Despite the very hot weather, they got the job done with courtesy, cheerfulness, and caring demeanor. I have recommended this good service to many people. Thank you.

Taylor and Adam brought incredible positive energy to this job. Their verve and endurance really lessened the pressure my spouse and I were having involving this move. They showed so much respect to our belongings and coordination with each other. Thanks for everything and good luck going forward.
