I was stuck with a broken down car out of town and Jared made the trip to get my car at the earliest possible opportunity. I was convinced I was going to be stuck and no one would come out this far but he was on it. He also made several suggestions on recommended providers- very helpful and kind in my time of distress!

I wasn't sure who was going to help with an Easter tow when I submitted a roadside assistance request. They were prompt courteous set expectations appropriately. Jared was awesome. Kind of surprised they came all the way from Topeka to Lawrence but I'm not complaining they were there to help.
