Varsity Driveaway LLC

Excellent organization - I have worked with them for over four years & they have always followed through and supported my business! If you are looking to be a contractor, go for it! If you are a business looking to utilize their services, I high-way-ly recommend Varsity Driveaway! The owners are approachable, and the entire team is a pleasure to work with!

You want to find out where you stand with people in your life? Don't get sick. Not one simple phone call asking how you're doing. Not one. Prove me wrong.

Love Varsity what a great team who cares about the drivers thank you it makes a difference to us being in the road! I been around the world with Varsity #peterbilt #msdallasknows #denton

I've known the owner and staff here for years...Tanya is my dispatcher and is awesome. She always goes over and beyond. She and the team have always respected my scheduling needs, understands family life and has always been there to help get the job done...even after hours. Thanks!

My dispatcher Tonya is a great person to work with as a driver the most important thing is communication with your dispactch and Tonya is great at that.

I’ve been doing business with Dave for years, and this company is truly incredible. They are always on time, and their deliveries are consistently prompt and reliable. Anytime communication is needed, they pick up the phone and handle it directly — they don’t just send an email. This is definitely a company I highly recommend doing business with. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would.

A bunch of thieves. You return their plates and they keep your escrow, even with no claims. Stop answering your calls. Worst in the industry.

Company is a racist piece of trash and will leave you stranded. Dispatch needs a handbook on morals. I wouldn't ever work for nor refer any independent contractor to sign on with these people.

Varsity Driveaway INC is one of many Driveaway companies sprouting up of late. Their main focus is supplying drivers for PPL (Pleasant Parie Logistics) who are hired as independent contractors 1099 . In order to lessen the strain that Unionized affiliated drivers is have in relationships to PPL. These third party service providers then swallow up what differences there are between the expenses Unionized drivers get and independent contractors and put all claims solely upon the independent contractor by not carrying insurance coverage for claims. In addition a escrow account in to be provided by the independent contractors which is in essence their money held against claims and held 2-3 months passed their discharge. The explanation is that claims can be filed up to 45 days after delivery. This is not true any and all claims are immediately dealt with yet is us my belief that these companies use this tactic to collect interest off your money.

Based on a couple of companies I’m working with, Varsity Driveaway has been the best to me in reference to pay rate, getting paid on time, load board, and help in timely matter with additional problems that arises during a trip. My dispatcher Daniel Conner has been very professional, helpful and very friendly to me. He has answered all my calls as well as all my text messages and If for any reason that he isn’t unavailable to answer a call he will definitely return it asap. Overall, Vasity Driveaway is the best company to work for!
