Yes — every new carrier account gets 3 free dossier unlocks during a 6-month evaluation window, plus a free DQF template build to onboard your first driver at no cost.
Are there per-seat fees?
No. Add as many dispatchers, recruiters, or safety managers to your carrier account as you want at no cost. You only pay for the work the platform does.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Bulk credit bundles at $500, $2,500, and $10,000+ levels get progressively cheaper per credit. Most 100+ truck fleets buy quarterly bundles.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract to cancel. If you stop buying credits, your account stays active for record retention and you can come back any time. Unused credits don't expire for 6 months.
