1. Create a free driver profile. Sign up with your email, no credit card required. Your profile is the foundation of your portable driver reputation.
2. Verify your CDL identity. We confirm your identity using the last four digits of your SSN and your driver's license. This keeps reviews credible without exposing sensitive data — only a hashed fingerprint is stored.
3. Write honest reviews. Rate companies you've worked for on five dimensions: pay, home time, dispatch, safety, and equipment. Reviews are anonymous by default — the company never sees your identity.
4. Find your next job. Browse CDL jobs from FMCSA-verified carriers, compare ratings side-by-side, and apply directly.

For Trucking Companies

Carriers use Oculus Reviews to build trust, respond to feedback, and hire drivers who fit.
